Tutorial registration

Monday tutorials are free of charge :

• • for all registered MRW (MIKON and/or URSI) attendees
  • for all students and PhD students of technical universities who may register choosing „TUTORIAL ENTRY” category

In order to book the chosen tutorial, please select it during registration (or update a registration already done).

MRW/MIKON/URSI conference fee

The fee includes admission to sessions of both MIKON and URSI conference, coffee breaks, lunches and events.

*Students and PhD students under 35 years old.

The registration fee includes:

• • • Admission to the MRW technical sessions (both MIKON and URSI sessions) and MRW exhibition.
    •  Coffee breaks, lunches on 15-17 May, 2018.
    •  Printed program and an USB stick containing proceedings.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Written requests for cancellation must be emailed to the Technical Organizer at mrw2018@mtp.pl

Conference fee is not refundable.

By registering for participation, the Participant accepts the Regulations (01.03.2018).

a) data collected for participant registration (system COFFEE)

The administrator/controller of personal data of MRW participants is Międzynarodowe Targi Poznańskie with its registered office in Poznań, ul. Głogowska 14. Personal data will be processed for purposes related to participation at the conference MRW 2018, until cancellation of given consent by the Participant. Complaints and objections regarding the processing of personal data should be reported electronically to the following e-mail address: iod@mtp.pl (Data Protection Officer). If necessary, the data may be made available only to entities cooperating with the Administrator/Controller in order to provide services rendered or fulfill any legal obligations. You have the right to access your data and request their rectification, deletion or limitation of processing, expressing objection to processing, withdrawal of consent or filing a complaint to the supervisory authority and the right to transfer personal data. We assure you that we strive to provide physical, technical and organizational protection of personal data against accidental or deliberate destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use or access in accordance with all applicable laws.

b) data collected for paper registration (system EDAS)

The personal data submitted to EDAS in the process of paper registration are managed by EDAS – please see related information at the EDAS privacy policy page.
